    • Supervised appraisal staff of 14 persons as Chief Appraiser
  • Appraised a wide range of properties including complex assignments for litigation purposes.
  • 2007 to present reviews have focused on compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as part of litigation support
