William J. Pastuszek, Jr.Bill is principal of Shepherd Valuation, and an instructor for MBREA, the Appraisal Institute, Stonehill College, and Boston University. He has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in various markets in Massachusetts, and a background in banking and real estate brokerage/development.

Bill holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute, and the MRA designation from the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.  He is a former president, trustee, and education chair of MBREA, a former director for the Greater Boston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and a former chair and current board member for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers.

  • Vice President and Senior Appraiser, Boston Federal Savings Bank, 1980 -1990: Residential and  income property appraisal and review; appraisal administration and management, including supervision of regulatory compliance and development of bank appraisal policies.
