John HauschildtJohn's strengths in teaching come from an affinity for relaying knowledge and experience from a long history of lectures, classes, and speeches for real estate appraisers, lawyers, real estate brokers and agents, business executives, and the public.

Experience

John's work experience spans multiple disciplines, including current CEO of Appraisal University in Portsmouth NH, Managing Partner of Newcastle Technology Advisors with offices in New England, past Vice President of The Appraisers Group in Watertown MA and Lagro Realty in Quincy MA

In those capacities, John's responsibilities included developing and directing online professional continuing education for the medical and real estate fields; consulting, servicing, and developing Global 2000 companies' online businesses, ecommerce systems, applications, and hosting; managing a commercial appraisal division, internal and external appraisals, providing litigation support; analyzing and managing acquisition of commercial real estate portfolios for international real estate syndication.

  • Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Massachusetts and New Hampshire from the beginning of appraisal licensing (1990) through 1999
  • Former member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers' Compliance Committee
